Unlock my Apple ID

Hi everyone, my phone was stolen and I forgotten my password though I have phone number which I used to create iCloud.my Apple ID was locked and I tried to provide all true information unfortunately they kept giving times like 24 hours, 2days,4days to recover it. Nothing done but I really tired of it. Solution?
