AirPod incoming phone call ringing is extremely loud

I have an iPhone 16 that I use with my AirPod Pro 2. When I have the headphones on and I get a phone call the ringtone is extremely loud. I have to rip the AirPods out. It is only the incoming phone call that’s rings too loud. I’ve gone into all the settings, turned all the ring tones down to the lowest setting. I can barely hear the other alerts now. Until I receive a call and the ring is full volume. Nothing seems to help.

Once I updated to iOS 18.1, when I have the headphones on and I get a phone call, the ringtone is extremely quiet. The phone is not ringing but it is vibrating even though silent mode is not enabled. Siri announces the call and asks if you want to answer it, but it’s very quiet and there’s no ringtone heard in the headphones.

I can't make it louder. Anyone has the same?
