Renaming Voice Memos

Hi I am trying to rename my Voice Memos from the date and name within Voice Memos. I am using Hazel by Noodelsoft to get the names and reformat from within using the metadata within CloudRecordings.db but I cannot locate the name. (The date is already stored in the file name),. Where is the name stored so I can grab it or develop a shell/apple script to automatically grab the name and format like "2024-09-25_Recording 26" from this example.
