Newer apple products causing configurator to fail

We use apple configurator to update multiple devices at a time. We have always been able to use our Tripp hub to update 15 devices at a time. Since the release of the iPhone 15 and now the iPhone 16, as well as the iPad 10th gen, we can only update maybe 5 devices at a time and even those are failing at times or configurator is not restoring the devices. Any recommendation so that we are able to update the most devices at one time again?
