How to export slideshow videos to WhatsApp on iPhone

I have in my Photo Albums created a Memory with about 80 Photos.

I can share the Photos to my WhatsAPP account but not the video . I'm trying to export my memories slideshows video to WhatsApp so I can share them with friends etc. but I get a WhatsAPP error message like : Export failed ! I have the most up to date iOS and I have an iPhone 11
