iPhone Mirroring not working since upgrading to the iPhone 16 pro from my iPhone 14 pro

When I updated my Macbook Air M2 to the latest version, I was using an iPhone 14 pro, and been using the iPhone Mirroring with the said iPhone.

In October 2024, I bought the iPhone 16 pro, and since using it, my Macbook Air could not connect with the same through iPhone mirroring. It appears also that my iPhone widgets are no longer appearing in the said Macbook Air.

Is this a bug? Can you please help me regarding a workaround?
