Stop AppleTV Video Upconverting?

I am planning on purchasing a LG C4 TV that brags about using AI for upconverting HD to 4K and HDR.

I currently have DolbyVision and 4K enabled on my AppleTV 4K. When I stream HD, my current TV says that the video is 4K DolbyVision, so I am assuming that the AppleTV is upconverting the video.

I want to stop the video processing in the AppleTV and leave HD as HD, but pass through any 4K and HDR/DolbyVision content. This will allow me to view the video on the LG set using only the LG video processor.

Is this possible, to set the AppleTV to just pass through the content?
