System Settings Notifications Page and Notification Drawer will not open in Sequoia 15.0.1

Hello, greetings. I've recently updated my M1 MacBook Pro (corporate device) to the latest OS version Sequoia 15.0.1 (about 5 days ago). Currently experiencing a weird issue where my Notifications drawer will not open and also the system-settings will not open the notification settings. Also happen to notice that the Force Quit Applications window shows system Notifications System Settings as not responding. I've opened a case with Apple as well. Appreciate any insights/help. Thanks.
