Can't sign out of Apple ID on iPhone 15 Pro

I cannot sign out of my apple ID. Recently, I bought myself an iPhone 15 pro and transfered my data from my iPhone 7 plus. I gave my old phone to my little brother, who made himself an apple ID, but accidentally switched mine also. I can’t sign out of his apple ID, but my restrictions have been turned off. Why?
