Apple media service charged by autopay before the end free trail period of zoom

I have charged 4399 Rupees by Apple media service a day before the end of free trials of zoom. It’s been 5 day I didn’t get refund nor find any purchase history. My free trials end on 16th October 2024 and Apple media services charged 4399 Rupees on 15th October 2024, on 15th October 2024 I have cancelled my subscription on zoom and also closed autopay from phone pay. But now I didn’t get any refund nor find any purchase details and also lost zoom subscription. I don’t know what to do?

A free trial subscription must be canceled 24 hours before it expires to prevent it from converting to a paid subscription.
