How do I set a timed sleep focus on Apple Watch?

I’d like to be able to set a focus for a period of time. Say I want to take a 30 min nap in the afternoon, I’d like to set a timer for 30 mins with an alarm to wake me and also set the sleep focus while the timer is active. I haven’t found a way to do this. Any ideas?

Thanks for that idea. I tried creating a new sleep schedule for the afternoon but it seems that I can only have one schedule per day so that’s not a solution.

However, I found something that will work. In the new Apple Shortcuts app there is a sample shortcut called “Take a Break“. It very easily allows me to start a timed Do Not Disturb Focus that sets off an alarm at the end. I’ll try to change it to Sleep Focus instead.
