The system is clean, there are no installed applications. This mistake is driving me crazy.
You likely have a hardware problem. Make an appointment at an Apple Store Genius Bar or Authorized Repair Center.
So, I sometimes think that people jump to Safe Boot a bit quickly...but I think you should restart in Safe Boot a see if the problem still occurs without any kernel extensions or login items loading.
If the problem still persists in Safe Boot - you probably need to start with reinstalling the OS from Recovery Mode.
If it doesn't persist and the OS is working properly in Safe Boot - then you will need to start looking at installed software as the cause of the problem, most likely something with a kernel extension or something incompatible that is running as a login item.
Good afternoon! As I wrote above, I tried all the solutions, an error also appears in safe mode and crashes on the authorization window. The system is clean, there are no installed applications. This mistake is driving me crazy.
Then as Barney-15E suggests, the most likely issue is a hardware problem and you should take the computer in for a diagnostic. At least if the computer constantly crashes, demonstrating the issue shouldn't take long.
You should, however, make a backup before you do so, especially if your computer has integrated storage - if they replace the logic board, you will lose that drive.
Amazing, I rolled back to os mojave and there are no more problems, then I updated to the new version and the problem appeared again, updated several times and the problem is on the new version
