Trouble with Apple Car Play and Hyundai Tucson

It’s crazy. The sound system switches between radio and Apple Car Play randomly. If I play a game on my phone it turns on my system but not always. Sometimes I’m not touching my phone and my radio just turns on. Today I was listening to a show on the radio and it kept bumping me off - I finally turned off the phone because even turning off Bluetooth wasn’t enough. It’s been doing this since I got it.
