I downloaded this app and do not understand how to use it to delete similar duplicate copies. .i don’t under what the red check marks are on a picture and what delete all means. I don’t want to do anything unless I know this will only delete the similar pictures

I don't know how you would get a duplicate app on an IPhone even if you wanted to. Is this a third party "cleaning" app that frankly is a scam?
Why not use iPhone Photos built-in Duplicate finder?
Most experienced Apple users thing that you're just asking for trouble when using 3rd party "Cleaners."
