Remove this annoying black screen loading circle of death, happens at least eight times a day

My iPhone 13 Pro Max has been working fine, but every once in a while, I get this issue where my phone goes to the black screen and it shows a loading screen. After this happens and when this happens, my iPhone returns to the Lock Screen and all apps currently open crash. Please help me, I have asked this for the seventh time on the forums only to be ignored. I really don't want to have to reset my device because I have sensitive data that can’t be backed up.

I’m afraid that a reset may be your only option. Tell us why you can’t backup your data. By default it happens automatically to iCloud. Have you turned backups off for some reason?

You’re gonna have to back up and reset your iPhone, this is the only option. It also would help us if you told us when you first started encountering this issue and whether you installed a malicious app or went on a suspicious website.

I have not installed any malicious software or went to a bad website, everything I install is from the App Store. I am very careful with my browsing habits and I can't back up my phone because it is one whole TB large and the computer I have does not carry this capacity even at a minimum. I also have sensitive data that I can’t back up.

If there is anyway to back up synced mail in the Apple mail app because some accounts I have won’t be there when I reset my iPhone if so, then, how do you do so? My photos are backed up and some apps but not all apps are. I even pay for 6TB of storage on iCloud. I never got a chance to save my mail from my school account and I won’t be able to get it back because I don’t go to campus anymore. I really wish I didn’t have to wipe my phone to remove this issue, that is like mad annoying. I can’t even stop it because every-time I use my phone it just does this circle every day. I’m this close to switching to another provider.
