Remove unwanted audio output device in macOS Monterey

Fresh installation of Monterey. Shows a unfamiliar sound output, "sala recreativa" in the attached image. Have searched and tried suggestions to no avail. E.g. the Audio Midi setup which doesn't contain it. Also checked Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL. Nothing there either. No way to delete this output in MacOS preferences.

Haven't had this strange output in previous installations (Sierra, High Sierra, Monterey). Guessing it's a neighbour's device that my new installation found. BTW, I can't connect to it.

Anyone?
