How can I change the order of my Photos?

I'm having an issue with the arrangments of my photos i know this is miniscule but i have checked the settings and my photos are arranged upside down and yes i have switched my settings to recently added but my new photos are still on the bottom leaving the older photos on top . so i deleted them all but when i took a photo it still when to the bottom of the screen leaving all that empty space on top helpppp
