MacBook Air memory leak

Hello, I have a MacBook Air M2 with 8 GB of RAM and 528 GB of storage (which is enough storage). It used to work really well, but after I installed the Sequoia update, I've started getting messages like "You are running out of memory. Force quit apps." I don't know what's wrong. I've closed a lot of apps, but if I open three YouTube tabs, the memory indicator goes to yellow. Am I not allowed to open YouTube tabs? Can’t I do scripting? What's wrong? Please help—I need to do work for school, like 3D modeling and scripting.
