Mastercard declined for multiple app purchases on iPhone

I tried to purchase somethings on some apps with my mastercard, at first it worked, but after a few purchases, it says that my payment method was declined, then it said payment couldn’t be completed, contact iTunes support for help. Please let me know where is the problem and how to solve it
