For years I have used descriptive album names to help me quickly find it using search. This feature was removed in iOS 18. There needs to be a way to get this feature back quickly.

The magnifying glass icon at the top of the Photos app (before you tap on Albums) works well for me to search for a specific Album name.
Another data point--I agree with FoxFifth: searching in the main window for album names works for me.
