App Store Region Switching Issue in Spain

So I’m currently living in Spain and I’m trying to switch regions/locations through the App Store but it’s stays loading a blank white page. Is this a bug? How can I fix it? I read that someone said they logged out through settings and signed back in and it worked. I did that and I’m still having the same issue

You cannot change your country/region through the App Store. You must change it through your Apple Account.
