can u have 2 accounts on same phone num
I need one phone number on two different accounts is this possible? if so how do I set it up? when i put the number in a new account it says wrong number.

Apple has no formal statement that I have seen. I have seen others make your comment so I am guessing you cannot. This strikes me as rather stupid since not everybody in the world who wants an account will necessarily—even in this day and age—have their own phone number, but nobody says Apple has to think things through that carefully.
