I had a game a while ago that I made a bunch of purchases of skins (my purchases are not something that can spended) The app got removed from the App Store not giving me permission to use my purchases no more and I want a refund but can’t be able to do it. How do i precede?

In-app purchases are seldom, if ever, refunded. If the developer no longer supports the app you're pretty much out of luck.
