I purchased a M3 Air from Korea, when it was delivered to me by one of my friend coming to Nepal from Korea, i noticed the keyboard of my Macbook is Anglo/Korean. I need to replace the keyboard with English, QWERTY keyboard.
Any idea or lead, how to connect Apple support via e-mail.

You will need to contact local Apple stores and service centers directly yourself to find out if that is possible and what it might cost. Nobody in these forums has any info about such things.
The Korean keyboard is really no different than the US keyboard aside from the extra Korean characters printed on the keys, and you should not have any problems typing English or any other language with it.
Apple's Korean online store sells machines with US keyboards, if you can travel there to return the one you have.
Need to change the keyboard of freshly purchased M3 Air.
