Sleep tracking not recording stages

For some reason my phone and Apple Watch has stopped recording sleep stages. He seems to accurately record the amount of sleep, but for some reason not the stages. I think I have set it up right, I put sleep focus on when I go to bed, but I’m just presented with what I have below. Can anyone confirm the settings I should have? Or have any idea why it’s not recording it properly? I’ve also included a screenshot of the data sources page.
