How to edit/delete a keynote contact

I have accidentally added my boyfriend’s phone number to my autofill I guess in keynote? Whenever I go to text myself something as a reminder his number comes up with my name! So I could mistakingly text him instead of myself.

I’ve already edited all I can under contacts. My information in there does not have his number anywhere. And visa versa. So I don’t understand why when I put my name in to message his number shows up. The okay Change today was that I was filling out doctors forms and when I put in his number it accidently saved it to auto save to automatically fill in.

how can I get rid of this?
