iPhone 16 switched off unexpectedly while browsing

My iPhone 16 was switched off automatically while browsing. After restart, touch screen is unresponsive for some time but worked fine after some time. Is it hardware issue or software issue ?. I never expected this kind of issue from Apple. This is my first apple phone ☹️
