With my current version the security system blocks a lot of things on line I need to see or read, many times it's as simple as an auto parts store that can not see the part or read about it. I need to turn it off.

Downgrading isn't supported by Apple.

What "security system?" A screenshot would be helpful. Perhaps someone could help you figure out how to work around the problem that you're having.
