Refund on subscription - subscription not showing on option to choose from

Hi! I would like to refund a couple of months subscription to Disney+ (that I used a voucher to have an annual subscription for free) and I noticed that I was still billed from June to October 2024. I was able to choose September 2024 and October 2024 from the list however, the other months are not available to choose for reimbursement.

Can you help me please.
