Hey Apple I just want to know if I can just download my cash app, Roblox, and more because I seen that I have a billing problem, I was just wondering how do I fix that or do I owe money. Also I got my cashapp hacked so the money that I owed was not me, I just want you to let me download the apps that I need the most back please🙏🏽.
