My antivirus says that my Itunes needs updating to Itunes 12.13.3.2
Temporarily disable any AV software that might be blocking the install. Right-click on the installer and use the Run as Administrator option if available. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates - Apple Community for further advice.

I am trying to update it from version 12.10.11.2 to 12.13.3.2 on a windows a machine and it keeps giving me an error.
It says a DLL is for this install to complete could not be run.
