Videos taken from iPhone won’t play visuals

For whatever reason after the update, I have been unable to play back any videos I took with my iPhone. It will play the audio, but the visuals will not show. The only way “around” it is if I start screen recording and watch the video, then the visuals will start playing. Soon as I stop the screen record, the visuals go back to black.

All my screen recorded videos were fine, only my ones taken by the camera are affected by this. Is there a fix for this?
