Sometimes Messages Do Not Sync to Mac Running Sequoia 15.0.1

When my MacBook Air is actively being used, text messages being sent to either my email address or mobile number will appear on both my iPhone and computer. However, if the MacBook is in sleep mode, messages arriving on my iPhone do not sync to the computer, even when it subsequently becomes active. Further, those messages will not appear on the MacBook until it is either restarted or shutdown and rebooted.


This was never an issue prior to updating the MacBook to Sequoia.
