Photos album desktop widget not offering all albums

When I add widgets (same issue with iphone and on my mac widgets) on my mac and choose the photos album widget which allows you to choose an album for it to shuffle through, only 5 out of my 7 albums show. When I set photos app as my system photo library, only 3 of the albums show. I made an album specifically for this widget in my mac photos app (and on my iphone), yet it is not showing up as an option. (ignore my wierd albums) and as you can see on the 2nd photo, only 3 of the albums are showing.
