Iphone 16 Pro Max unable to open PHOTOS

my iphone 16 pro max photos unable to open, once open within 3secs it crashes, cant even view or delete my photos but my camera is working fine. the only way i can view my photos is only thru the camera. Even after i update to ios 18.1 , upgrade my icloud and even restart my phone its still the same issue. Any one else facing the same issue as well?
