Do the Thunderbolt 3 ports of Mac Pro 2019 output 15 watts of power to power external SSD drive?

Want to use one of the new external SSD drives (either 8tb Oyen Digital or 8 TB Prograde) as a media drive to replace aging G-Tech RAID. They both require 15w power. I cannot seem to find the power output spec. Is anyone using Thunderbolt 3-powered external SSD drives with the 2019 Mac Pro?

Mac Mini M4 not enough power delivery on Thunderbolt ports! I thought thunderbolt ports offer up to 15W per port, but I guess I am terribly wrong here! I got a new Mac Mini M4, and my ports are used like this: Port one, my second display Port two, external Thunderbolt SSD Port three, and here it gets strange, Universal Audio Arron Thunderbolt interface If I plug the Arrow interface in, nothing is happening (interface not starting), and I get a message "not enough power available, unplug other devices". So how much power is supplied by the three Thunderbolt ports of my Mac Mini M4? If it is 15W for all ports, (that´s what I guess actually) then its not more, than normal USB 3.1 ports. And this would be a really big joke, cause most people incl. me think, you get three times up to 15W. What do you guys think, or is there any real infos from apple available, about this? Apple labels its many ports on the Studio “Thunderbolt/USB4 up to 40 Gb/s x1,” an update version of USB-C. Monterey OS to lots of external 3.5 inch hard drives? Many are Hitachi/HGST drives labeled 5V 450mA.12V 850mA DC ….SATA 6Gb/s…RPM 7200. This one is Jan 2013. Others have similar but not identical HDDs power ratings. Others are Western Digital, Seagate, etc. I have been using an Anker USB3 adapter for Sata HDDs, but Anker doesn’t sell one for USB-C or USB4. The Anker Sata adapter I have connected via a Anker HUB which connects to the Studio USB4 ports. I want to use the higher speed ports on the Studio. What is a specific device I can buy and use? Few are listed on the web for 3.5” HDDs, but I bought two which I don't want to use until I can find others have used this for many times successfully. I can find no independent tests or comparisons of these or other adapters. I have two now sold by Amazon, detail in image below: Aoko AE10SL usb3.2 Gen2 Adapter to sata ZEXMTE X001VV15VD Both Aoko and ZEXMTE adapters come with power converters made for US type 120 volt power plugs with separate cables that connect to the adapters. Apple does not list any supported “accessories” like these and AppleCare Tech don't know what is safe. To be sure I am using the older USB3 Anker until I can find someone who has tested or used anything faster. I can’t find anything on the web testing these as it is so new. Help please!

Running a USB Super Drive on a MacBookPro I have a MacBookPro 2017: 3.1 GHz Dual Core Intel Core i5 running Ventura 13.4. I also have a USB Super Drive. What do I need to boost my power supply so that the MacBookPro will run the Super Drive?

Standard USB-3 ports (that are NOT shared with other devices) can provide up to 900 milliAmps at 5 volts, or 4.5 Watts.

you may be able to obtain more through USB power delivery protocol, but that is intended for charging connected devices.

[in my opinion] you should count on using an external power supply if you need 15 watts each.
