whatsapp bug after updating to OS 18.0.1 on iphon 16 pro max

Since I updated ios to version 18.0.1 on iphone 16 pro max, I’m experiencing significant performance issues. Specifically, the app has become dramatically slow, particularly when trying to send messages. There’s a noticeable delay of one to two seconds between pressing the send button and the message actually being sent. This lag is frustrating and hinders smooth communication.
