Podcast episode gone

After having been published and streaming for a month, an episode of my podcast disappeared. It is still listed in my apple/itunes podcast account as "Published" and it is still live and streaming on my Soundcloud account. I have refreshed both accounts but it continues to not be available on itunes. I have since produced additional episodes, all of which have published and are streaming as usual. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
