Why does my Podcast App shuffle shows randomly on my iPhone 15 Pro?

When I open Podcast App it won’t let me use the app in iPhone 15, the app starts pulling up random shows and shuffling shows every 2 seconds. I can’t even move to different screens and it starts playing some of the shows at random. There’s no place for me to report in the app or in Support.

Podcast Add to Queue Not Working and Play Next not working Steps to reproduce: In the podcast app, go to the episode in library that you want to add to the queue, tap the three dots, tap “Add to Queue”. The “Added to Queue” message pops up. Then navigate to the Queue and see that the episode has not been added. same steps as above, except tap “Play Next”. The “Playing Next” message pops up. But the episode is not added to the “Up Next” queue. My Queue was full of random episodes which the app had automatically placed on the queue. I deleted all but three of these from the queue, but this has not fixed the problem. I also turned off my iPhone and turned it back on. This also did not help. my wife has the exact same problem on her iPhone, which is a different generation, so it is not a problem with my phone in specific.

Podcast app closing down My Apple Podcast app closes almost immediately after I open it on my iphone. This started after my phone downloaded the update.
