Yes, try reinstalling or uninstalling and then reinstalling iTunes. If possible run the installer as admin and temporarily disable any AV software in case that is interfering with the installation. Your library remains intact, but may not be readable if you install an older build of iTunes. What is the error message? Are all the tracks that you are trying to burn stored locally on the computer, and are they independent of the Apple Music subscription service? Selecting a playlist and using File > Burn Playlist to Disc may be more reliable than the right-click > Burn Playlist option.
