Hello. I accidentally deleted recorded video (QuickTime Player) while it was in preview mode by clicking on the "Trash" sign (screenshot attached) . Is there a backup storage where I can find it? Because it's not in the trash, and
it seems like it was permanently deleted. Thank you

if you have a Time Machine backup, or some other form of backup, you can use that to restore the recording.
if you have no backup, then usually after the file is emptied from the trash, the file is likely gone.
it is a long shot, but you can try going into Apple Menu > Finder > Go > Go to Folder.
and in the resulting window, type in "~/Library/ScreenRecordings/" without the quotation marks.
but there might not be anything in there.
