I have tried several times to try and pair these devices together. Bluetooth is on. It states that it was unable to pair, or not discoverable.

iPhone and iPad do not pair.
You told us how you’re trying to do something. Instead you should tell us what you’re trying to accomplish. There is very likely a way to do it, but certainly not the method you tried.

Some of these use Bluetooth, but not in the traditional pairing sense.
You can’t pair iPhone to iPad believe me I have tried on multiple occasions. What are you trying to accomplish?
