I can't upload my podcast because I don't have two-factor identification. I don't want two-factor identification because I am currently in Costa Rica and getting a phone call where I live is difficult. Is there any way to contact apple to just get my podcast uploaded?
No. 2FA is a requirement.
If you host your podcast with Libsyn - you can submit directly into Apple Podcasts - no need for an Apple ID. If you want to use your own Apple ID - then you will need to use 2FA.
