Apple TV auto censoring certain words

Has anyone experienced Apple TV purchased tv programmes being censored, with certain words being bleeped out by AI/sound recognition?

I have all filters and parental controls off. I am watching a tv series rated at 18 that I have watched before. It contains swearing, it has never been censored when watching on the Apple TV until the latest update to tvOS 18 now when the system thinks the word cu*t is used it bleeps the audio. I can find no way to turn this off. It is extremely annoying

I have also experienced this. Just last week I purchased the TV series ‘Southlands’ via Apple TV. I started watching it and immediately noticed that the language had been censored. I contacted Apple and requested a refund, as I was not warned that my purchase would not be the original content. I’m now hesitant to make further purchases from Apple TV.

I have not experienced that or seen other reports. If it continues definitely reach out to Apple support and hopefully they can narrow down what is going on.
