Call fails when trying to call from Facetime (Mac) via my iPhone

I am running Sonoma 14.5 and iOS 18.0.1. Facetime is logged in. When I try to make a call, facetime reports call failed. My Wifi signal is excellent, and stable. I have enabled WiFi calling on the iPhone and checked in Facetime settings (Mac), that my phone is enabled for Facetime.


What else could it be? Thanks
