Searching gives too many unrelated answers

Was doing this search "Bluetooth mouse keeps going off". All top answers were unrelated and outdated for a Mac mini. So after so many looks I gave up Why can you not have an option "show only responses to words typed". That would be a game changer for everyone. Used to be so easy to find things now you never find what you type directly. Searching here or Google search has changed so badly. Google is even worse now. I searched this there also and same issue. We do not want related responses......or paint responses....we want exactly what we typed as first answers.
