Unable to sign back in to Apple Music on my PS5

I wasn’t getting my Apple music from my PS5 and it was being slow and laggy. So I decided to unlink my Apple Music account for a second to re-login and see if that would help. Then I try to log back in multiple times, and every time it would show me back to a screen that this offer has already been redeemed. I don’t know if you can only link it once, but I should be able to log back in on my PS5 as many times as I want. Please fix this!

Login for Apple Music on the web doesn't work - process seems to work but nothing happens? I've been listening to Apple Music on my work PC for years, but yesterday I noticed it had signed me out, so I took steps to sign back in (entered Apple ID, did two-factor authentication w/code from my phone, etc.). Everything seems to work fine, but the screen doesn't change and still prompts me to sign in. I've closed the browser, restarted the PC, and tried clearing cookies, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Work PC is Windows based, and none of our network or security settings have changed, I checked. Can still access Apple Music just fine on my iPhone and MacBook. Thanks!
