Can't get past the "what content can child access" dialog during setup

I've tried getting past this 5 or 6 times, including turning the ipad on and off. It won't allow me to get past the "what content can child access" dialog. The dialog doesn't move forward regardless of the options I select.

Setup in general has been really painful, with one error or failure after another. But this one is a complete blocker for me.
