Where can I find my every streaming movie/tv shows i purchased from Apple on Mac OS?
Not on Itunes.

There is an TV app in Big Sur. It should be either on the Dock at the bottom of the screen, or in the Applications folder in Finder if you removed it from the Dock. It's built in, and cannot be deleted. You need to find that App.
Inside the TV app, is a section titled Library, and in there you should be able to find you purchased movies and TV shows.

Your purchased movies and tv shows can be found in the TV app in the Library section.
