New iMessage alert not showing sender contact name post adding Family Sharing

Hi,

I have just added my wife to my iCloud+ to be able to then backup her iPhone, but since doing this iMessage is being a bit weird.

I have an existing thread and it shows her correctly, i.e. "Sue S**" but when she now sends a new message on the lock screen it's showing as "from +44 7*** 1****6 to You and Sue S**"

It did initially show as her email address which I was able to remove by unticking the option "You can receive iMessages to and reply from" under the Send & Receive section on her iPhone.

How can I get it back to simply saying "From Sue S**"?
